DEFENCE Counsel Mr. Vic  Puran yesterday served notice on the prosecution in the West Bank murder trial that he would be challenging the expertise`of the Government Pathologist D. Nehaul Singh, and requested that his  certificates and clinical reports be made available to the defence for use when the doctor turns up to give evidence shortly.
