CELLOS Griffith, 44, of Lot 242 West Ruimveldt, Georgetown, has been charged with damaging property.
He appeared before Magistrate Hazel Octive-Hamilton yesterday and pleaded not guilty to the offence, particulars of which said, on October 26, he unlawfully and maliciously damaged three louvre window panes valued $3,480, property of Hassan Bacchus.
The defendant was granted $20,000 bail and the case was postponed to November 18.
