Some youths in the La Bonne Intention area, who were unable to complete school and are unemployed, have turned to drugs. Parents are unable to cope with this situation. They are also fearful of calling the police. One of the dealers is a parent with teenaged children and another is a well known convict who brings the drug from neighbouring Beterverwagting.
