MAGISTRATE Tejnarine Ramroop has committed Herman Ali alias ‘Shark Eye’, 62, to stand trial, for murder, at the next The Court found, on Wednesday, that a prima facie case had been made out against the accused for the unlawful killing of 47-year-old Rose Hall Town resident Roydel Sandy, between October 5 and 6, 2006, after a misunderstanding.
