TWENTY-FIVE-YEAR-OLD Donna Chung yesterday appeared before Acting Chief Magistrate Priya Sewnarine-Beharry charged with suffering an un-muzzled dog to be at large. Chung, a mother of one, of 121 Lamaha Gardens, Georgetown, pleaded not guilty to the charge.
It is alleged that, on October 16 last, being the owner of a ferocious dog, she suffered it to be at large and un-muzzled, causing injuries to Vic Insanally.
Chung was released on $40,000 bail and the matter will be called again on November 2.
