PREPARATIONS are underway by the Regional Administration of Region Two (Pomeroon/Supenaam), for the staging of Essequibo Night Exhibition and Fair, which is scheduled for this Friday and Saturday (October 22 and 23). The main focus of the event is to showcase locally grown produce and products of the Region and the Chairman, Mr. Alli Baksh said ‘Essequibo Night’ is one of the biggest during the annual Agriculture Month programme.
He said it gathers about 16,000 people from Region Two and other local Regions, as well as from aboard.
