Our regular columnist, Mr. Keith Burrowes, is unable to submit his column for this week. He has, however, assured that his regular column will resume from next week.

Mr. Burrowes, who is currently out of the country,  would like to express his sincere appreciation to the many persons who have been emailing him and offering comments as it relates to his weekly column over the years.
