THE large scale miners in Guyana are monopolising the lands available for mining, especially the ones who sublet their lands to the small miners. In some cases whenever the small miners locate gold deposit the miner is evicted or some level of frustration is created to prevent him from mining in the designated area located. Government needs to act early and deal with these culprits and in some cases repossess some of the lands for small scale miners. For too long large areas of lands are held up just by a few who feel that they can do what they want to the small miner. Come on Mr.Mc Wilfred do some thing for the small man now or forever hold thy peace.
