Suspected killer of seawall victim still at large

THE suspected killer was still at large yesterday, 11 days after the mutilated body of Claudeen Inniss, 43, was found on the Georgetown seawall.
Her relatives said they have since informed the Police where the man lives but he has not yet been arrested.

The corpse of Inniss, who lived on Hadfield Street, was discovered in the vicinity of the Russian Embassy and Celina Resort last July 3.
She was last seen alive the night before with the man with whom her relatives said she was friendly and they were arguing at Smyth and Leopold Streets, also in the city.
After the woman was reported missing the suspect, with his shirt bloodstained, enquired about her while acting in a suspicious manner, her relatives said.
They said, at that time, they did not know the whereabouts of Inniss who was the sole occupant of her Hadfield Street apartment but they believe the Albouystown resident murdered her and dumped her body from where it was removed.
Inniss was unmarried and had no children.
