Woman with domestic problems bonded after abusing neighbours

KATHY Henry, 28, of Lot 18 John Street, Campbellville, Georgetown, was yesterday placed on a bond, by Acting Chief Magistrate Melissa Robertson, to keep the peace for two years.
She pleaded guilty to three charges, which said, on July 9, she used abusive and obscene language and threatened Nicola Harris and Earle Arthur, causing a breach of peace and maliciously damaged property belonging to them.

The probationer told the Court she was experiencing a lot of problems with her husband and is willing to pay for the damage to her neighbours’ property.
Harris and Earle said they lived at the same address for over eight years and never had any previous difficulty with Henry.
But, on the day complained about, the defendant had a problem with a clothes line that was tied to her fence before she bought the house and she cut it, the complainants said.
They said she verbally abused her husband and lamented that she needed a counsellor to help resolve her domestic situation.
