THE Police said, on Monday, July 5, that they took action against horse cart owners and operators who were involved in a race along Homestretch Avenue, Georgetown.
As a result, five men who were arrested, along with five carts and the horses were charged and detained, accordingly. The men are to appear in Court today, a release said.
