Private Sector help for UG

IN an effort to enhance the friendly relations between the private sector and the University of Guyana, the former completed rehabilitative works on the Office of the Pro-Chancellor’s building in Georgetown which was in a state of great disrepair.
The two companies involved in the rehabilitative works are Toolsie Persaud Limited
and N&M Security Solutions of AINLIM.  The works now completed involved painting and restoration to the Pere Street building.
A statement from the Office of the Pro-Chancellor said this effort by the private sector signals the continued good relations that the University has always shared with members of the business community.
The University hereby wishes to encourage other members of the private sector to continue to assist and encourage the institution in its efforts to provide a safe and secure environment for students and faculty.
