Relatives, friends are to be largely blamed for abuse of women

I hope this latest domestic violence incident sends a clear message to the relatives and friends of battered women that they are largely to be blamed for the death of their loved ones. This case is a result of what myself and other writers have been agitating for sometime now, and that is the womenfolk and in this case the family members are the ones to be blamed for another of our ladies being brutally killed. There is no doubt in my mind that this woman was murdered by her husband who has done so in a well crafted scheme of an accident being committed on the person; another problem that needs to be seriously addressed. The court is now burdened with the onerous task of sifting through the complex maze of evidence and try in some way to bring closure to this case.

Now this matter could have been dealt with successfully if only the relatives had butted out of her business and allowed the law to run its course. There were numerous occasions when this could have been done when that guy was arrested or when the matter came up before the courts but they kept advising her on going back to the abusive relationship time and time again; a similar situation was played out in the Ketley Street murder of that young lady. Our womenfolk as well as their relatives must stop this foolish idea that they can change these guys. Oh no, that will not happen abusers will never change.
