THE Guyana Police Force (GPF) yesterday reminded the general public that, in order to facilitate the ICC Twenty 20 Cricket Competition matches at the National Stadium, Providence, East Bank Demerara, the previously announced traffic restrictions will continue.
It means the public roadway from Houston to Providence along East Bank Demerara, on both carriageways, will be closed to all heavy duty and slow moving vehicles at the following times:
* Today, April 28, from 09:00 h to 14:00 h;
* Tomorrow, April 30, from 08:00h to 14:00 h;
* Monday, May 3, from 06:00h to 11:00 h and
* Tuesday, May 4, also from 06:00 h to 11:00 h.
