THIRTY-THREE-YEAR-OLD Sarwar Caesar and 22-year-old Lorris Mussenden (no addresses given) appeared before Magistrate Hazel Octave-Hamilton yesterday, jointly charged with robbery under arms.
Caesar, a father of five and Mussenden, a taxi driver, were not required to plead to two indictable offences.

One charge alleged that, on April 5, armed with a gun, they robbed Ramnarine Fagu of a gold chain, a cellular phone and cash, all valued $34,000.
Particulars of the other offence said, the same day, they robbed Cindy Dhanraj of a money, including US$2,000, a computer monitor and phone cards, all worth $3,140,029.
Police Corporal Shellon Daniels, prosecuting, said Caesar was positively fingered on an identification parade and the two accused were remanded to prison through April 22.
