* within public hearing, behaved disorderly on April 10;
* unlawfully assaulted Brown in the execution of her duties on March 4;

* on March 4, behaved disorderly within public hearing.
Eversley told the Court that she had lived together with Police Sergeant Anton for six years and he treats her nicely at home but like a dog in front of his colleagues at the Police Station.
She said, every time she goes to take lunch for him, Anton would chase her back home quickly because he is always in the company of female friends.
The magistrate released Eversley on her own recognisance, on condition that she stays away from the Police Station, until April 23. (Telesha Persaud)
