Bryden and Fernandes launches Quix promotion

The Bryden and Fernandes “Quix Me Some Quick Cash” 2009 promotion was yesterday launched at Bounty Meat Centre, Water Street, Georgetown.

The promotion comes on stream with over US$8,000 in cash prizes to be won.

Mark Kendall, Marketing Coordinator, told the media that to enter, customers are asked to put one Quix cap along with their names, addresses and telephone numbers in an envelope and drop these into an entry box at leading supermarkets and Courts branches countrywide.

Then they must watch the live draws from 7:30 on VCT28, every Wednesday between August 12 and September 16.

Mr. Kendall said that if their names are drawn, contestants will be asked to say the Quix tongue-twister “Quix washes dishes quicker”.

Mr. Kendall pointed out that if they do so correctly, they will win a cash prize by playing the “Quix Quick Cash” board live on air!

He said that a Quix chip will be dropped from a numbered starting point selected by the contestant, and the contestant will win the amount indicated where the chip comes to rest at the bottom of the board.

In addition, there will be “Back to School” packages and other consolation prizes up for grabs.

During the weekly drawings for the 10-week period some, 70 fabulous prizes will be awarded.
