JUNIOR George, 24, of Lot 316 East Ruimveldt, Georgetown, was yesterday fined $7,500 for exposing himself in an indecent manner.

He pleaded guilty to the June 10 offence before Acting Chief Magistrate Melissa Robertson, but claimed he did not do it intentionally.

However, Police Corporal Munilall Seetaram, prosecuting, said the defendant was urinating in his yard and, upon seeing his woman neighbour, turned his body towards her.

The magistrate advised Georgetown to use his washroom more frequently. “That’s the purpose for it,” she pointed out, warning him not to let it happen again.
