TOSHAO of Capoey, on Essequibo Coast, Ms. Valarie DeYounge has announced that the Village Council is constructing a community library.
She said the construction is expected to be finished soon and will be a boost for reading skills, in keeping with the aim of eradicating illiteracy in the Amerindian community.
