I, Roshan Khan, who with the support of many citizens of Atlantic Gardens acquire an injunction against Starlite Drive-In to have noisy, vulgar and late shows on May 2 and any day thereafter.

I wish to inform the public and authorities that some of the supporters, foreign based and local have complained that the proprietor of Starlite Drive-In had been intimidating and trying to manipulate them to withdraw their support in the matter, even threatening to disaffect their lives by having friends withdraw business association with them, and telling one that another has withdrawn support.

I find this to be highly unprincipled, deceitful, lying and illegal as was advised by the police.

It is important to note that the injunction has not stopped Starlite Drive-In from having shows, it merely says, xxIt is further ordered that the defendant his servants and or agents or otherwise whomsoever be restrained from making or permitting to be made unreasonable or excessive noise by music and vocals generated continuously through electronically amplified speakers on the Starlite Drive-In Cinema compound, between 10:00 0xclock of one night to 2:30am of the following morning causing undue interference with the Plaintiffxs comfortable and convenient enjoyment of his homexx

In other words, there must be no disturbance to decent hard working citizens between 10pm to 2:30am. So he can still make his noise before 10:00 p.m.
