Ceremonial parade marks opening of April High Court sessions

JUSTICE James Bovell-Drakes, one of the two judges assigned to the Criminal sessions in Demerara, on Tuesday inspected a guard of honour and took the salute during a march past to mark the opening of the April Criminal sessions in Demerara.
