COVID-19 | Possible curfew for Georgetown under discussion

The Georgetown Mayor and City Council will this afternoon host a press briefing to apprise the public of the possibility of a curfew for the city.

Several municipalities across the country have already implemented strict measures to combat the spread of the global pandemic.

Guyana has already recorded 8 cases of the ailment and the Ministry of Public Health has already implemented several measures to stem the spread of the virus.
