BEYONCÉ went country, at least for one night, with the Dixie Chicks, performing “Daddy Lessons”.She’s performed at every major awards show this year, including the VMAs, Grammys, and BET Awards, and now she’s slayed the Country Music Awards.
Queen Bey took to the stage at Wednesday night’s 50th Annual CMA Awards for the first time for a well-received performance in Nashville, TN.
She was joined by the Dixie Chicks, comprising of Natalie Maines, Emily Robison, and Martie Maguire for an electrifying performance of her LEMONADE single.
‘Bey’ donned a stunning gown that she complements with lots of pearl around her neck. “Yeah, CMAs! Hope ya’ll feeling good. Give it up for the Dixie Chicks,” she yelled to loud cheers.
The Dixie Chicks also performed a cover of “Daddy Lessons” on their tour earlier this year. Shortly after the performance, Beyoncé released the studio version of the single, featuring the Dixie Chicks.
