THE Sarwan Three Hearts Foundation hosted a Christmas Dinner and Movie Night on Thursday, December 18, creating an unforgettable holiday experience for children from three local orphanages: Prabhu Sharan, Ruimveldt Children’s Home, and Joshua House Children Center.
The evening began at Caribbean Cinemas, where the children enjoyed a special screening of Zootopia 2.
For many of the attendees, the outing represented more than entertainment; it was a rare opportunity for escape, excitement, and, for some, their very first cinema experience.
Following the movie, the celebration continued at RS53 Etkezo Restaurant, where the children were welcomed into a warm and festive setting.
A hearty Christmas dinner was served by the Foundation’s dedicated volunteer team, dressed as cheerful elves, alongside a special appearance by Santa Claus. Each child also received a Christmas gift, adding to the excitement and ensuring the evening ended with smiles and lasting memories.
The event reflected the core mission of the Sarwans’ Three Hearts Foundation: to uplift, support, and bring joy to vulnerable children within the community.
The smiles on the children’s faces served as a powerful reminder of the importance of this work and the reason the foundation was established.
