Parliamentary Secretaries resume duties following CCJ ruling
Parliamentary Secretaries Vikash Ramkisoon and Sarah Browne reassumed their places in the National Assembly on Monday. This follows a CCJ ruling in which it was determined that the two were legally appointed as Parliamentary Secretaries in September 2021. A parliamentary secretary is appointed by the President to help Cabinet Ministers. They table documents or answer questions for a minister, among other duties (DPI photos)
