PRESIDENT Dr. Irfaan Ali on Sunday afternoon announced the passing of Clinton Williams, former President of the Guyana Manufacturing and Services Association (GMSA).

In a brief Facebook post, President Ali said: “I extend deepest condolences on the passing of Mr. Clinton Williams, former President of the Guyana Manufacturing and Services Association and esteemed shipping executive.”
