Playing groups for the 2024 T20 World Cup

BRIDGETOWN, Barbados, (CMC )– Following are the playing groups for the 2024 T20 World Cup announced by the International Cricket Council (ICC) on Friday:
GROUPS:

Group A – India, Pakistan, Ireland, Canada, United States
Group B – England, Australia, Namibia, Scotland, Oman
Group C – New Zealand, West Indies, Afghanistan, Uganda, Papua New Guinea
Group D – South Africa, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, the Netherlands, Nepal
* The top two teams from each group progress to the Super Eights.
