POLICE arrested a 23-year-old woman at the Eugene F. Correia International Airport, Ogle, East Coast Demerara, on Saturday, after a search on her body revealed that she was carrying a stuffed condom filled with cocaine.

The condom and its content were later extracted from her vagina. Police Headquarters, in a statement, noted that the suspect, who was booked on Caribbean Airlines flight #BW 215 destined for Barbados, was requested to be searched after she was observed acting suspiciously.

Police said a physical search was done and she passed out the bulky package. She was also questioned and admitted to swallowing 73 cocaine pellets.

She was arrested and taken to a hospital to excrete the cocaine-filled pellets.
