FIFTY per cent is the magic number. Fifty per cent is what they are all aiming for. Fifty per cent is looking elusive for many. This fifty per cent target is causing at least one man severe insomnia, which is resistant to the strongest of sedatives. Propofol is his next option, but we all saw how that turned out with Michael Jackson.

So the Sleepless One rushed to Canada, greeted by Charrandass, then proceeded to give his Sermon on the Mount. There were just two problems with that. The sermon was highly immoral and unethical. The Sleepless One proposed to the masses to leave their jobs, take out loans and fly themselves to Guyana to cast their ballots.

The Sleepless One has been busy playing around with the numbers as to how he will get to this 50%. Let me remind the reader why the Sleepless One is worried. 40% East Indians, 30% Blacks, 20% Mixed, 11% Amerindian and 0.5% Other. You see, in the 1990s, that 40% was 54%. Also when the Sleepless One was the ‘Champion’, he was all but assured the 11% Amerindian vote. But now things have changed. Not only his base has disappeared, like if under magician Houdini spell, they have also denied him twice and now likely thrice, like Peter did to Jesus.

So the Sleepless One is in a numerical pickle. He tried and failed with that $60,000 pro-PPP recital in Black communities. Hoping to get his following, Blacks for Bharrat, like the Impeached One. That was a colossal failure. It was bound to fail, because only a fool would pay for love. So the Sleepless One, with a change of name, is up to new tricks. He is now the ‘three-cards trickster’. Recently, I was directed to one of his many news outlets. What I saw had me laughing my head off. In my “decapitated” state, I read the ‘three-cards trickster’ said that if elected, he will have a COI into the 400+ blacks that were murdered. This has to be a joke. It is like Osama Bin Laden investigating 9/11. No amount of three-card tricks can conceal his devious motives. Even the world renowned three-cards trickster from Metropole Cinema who was severely bitten by vagrant goats, would not have been able to pull this one off.

Let me repeat for emphasis, PPP will likely get 30% of the Indian votes; 8% of the Mixed votes; 2% of the black votes; and 2% of the Amerindian votes. That’s the reason why Jagdeo is placing his election bait in the black pool, hoping that some will bite. In the 1990s he couldn’t care less about the blacks, because his base was strong and the Amerindian votes were relatively certain. Now facing a diminished base, and the Amerindians now being provided with other options, he is conveniently turning to the blacks. Also, the PPP was in power for over 10 years, and chose not to investigate the murder of the 400+blacks. Why now?

The fact is that many blacks were murdered. I know that, since I certified many of them while working in A&E.

Many innocent blacks were murdered. No one can tell me different, because I witnessed it. As a result, I would humbly beseech all Guyanese not to fall for Jagdeo’s trick of a COI; it will just be a kangaroo court.
