MAIN Street Avenue will come alive with lots of excitement once again as Courts ushers in the Christmas season with the annual Courts Main Street Light Up 2019 today at around 17:30hrs.

The Courts Light Up has become a tradition for many Guyanese families with thousands of persons coming to the event every year. Friends and family look forward to an evening of clean family fun and it is a major hit for the children who enjoy the show and look forward to seeing the procession of Santa Claus and Mrs. Claus, along with Spiderman, Dora and their other favourite cartoon characters.

The event will be graced by the Mayor of Georgetown, Worship Pandit, Ubraj Narine, who will be illuminating the trees.

Some of Guyana’s best artistes and groups will be performing at the event.
