Dear Editor,
The west side garbage contractor whose city contractual operations and other commitments have been affected due to the recent bridge mishap should now consider having a base in the city or environs east side of the river.

To not be able to fulfil its obligations because of a situation beyond its control brings little comfort to those who are dependent on the provision of service the company provides.
