Gregory Brown made his appearance before Senior Magistrate, Leron Daly, and pleaded guilty to the charges.
Particulars of the first charge stated that, on August 26, 2019, at Albouystown, he used threatening language towards Neasa Smith.
The second charge stated that, on the same day and at the same location, he used threatening behaviour towards Neasa Smith.
“I didn’t mean to do that, I was upset, I already tell she sorry,” Brown said.
Magistrate Daly fined Brown $10,000 for each charge, ordered him to complete two months of community service, and told him that, if he failed to comply with the order, he would be sentenced to two weeks’ imprisonment.
