Man gets 48 months for arson

OAKLIFF Tail, of 103 Second Street, Craig Village, East Bank Demerara, will spend the next 48 months behind bars after being found guilty of arson by Principal Magistrate Judy Latchman at the Providence Magistrate’s court on Tuesday.
He had pleaded guilty to the charge.

It was alleged that on May 16, 2019, at 103 Second Street, Craig Village, East Bank Demerara, Tail set on fire Heamand Sukhna’s dwelling house.
