Team Wreckers credit consistency  for Endurance win

FRESH off their win on Sunday,  Team Ramchand Wreckers believe consistency and team work are the biggest factors for their dominance.

The team is the defending endurance champions and have gotten off to a flyer of a start, winning the first two events of the year.

Speaking to Chronicle Sport, Team Prinicipal and owner, Anand Ramchand, says that “We are strong because we work as a team and we are consistent.”

He believes that they are on course for a repeat of the 2018 championship.

The team, which also competes in the 1501-1600cc class, completed 81 laps after two hours with the team of Davin Pandy and Azad Hassan falling short by two laps.

Dowalu Harper, known in the racing circle as ‘bread man,’ finished third with 77 laps.

In the 1601-2000cc class, it was ‘Wreckers’ again  with Adrian and Anand Ramchand  completing the win with 72 laps over Rafeeq Khan who completed 31.

In the 0-1500cc class, the team of Richard and Rayad Hamid finished one/two after completing 71 and 69 laps respectively.

New comer and Skiddnation representative, Paul Wells, finished third after 65 laps. In the unlimited class, Team Motor won after 53 laps of action.
