THE Guyana Revenue Authority (GRA) takes note of the letter by Mr. Delon White, published in the Kaieteur News on Thursday, April 11, 2019.

The allegation of verbal abuse by a Customs Officer is currently being investigated and steps are being taken to address any shortcomings, thereby minimising such recurrences in the future. Upon completion of the investigation, the results will be fully ventilated by a further release.
