THE JTW Institute of Management, located on Waterloo Street, will be holding its Annual Motivational Day for Administrative Professionals–including secretaries– on April 18, 2019, at the Regency Suites, Hadfield Street, Georgetown.

The event will be held under the theme, “Building a service-focused organisation –the role of administrative professionals.”

According to a media release from the institute, the focus will be on building a service- focused organisation with specific emphasis on the role of administrative professionals.
The one-day seminar will feature speakers of the calibre of Mr Rawle Dundas, Ms. Ornetta Walrond, Mr Eon Stephens and Ms. Leslin Wilkinson-Brian.

The institute’s intention is to help admin officers and secretaries understand the leading role they play in customer service in organisations and to teach and reinforce the key principles.
