THE Police are currently on the trail of a Stevedore Housing Scheme man, reportedly the prime suspect in the fatal stabbing of a man known only by his call name, “Overdose”.

They’re also seeking the assistance of relatives of the deceased in positively identifying him so that the autopsy can be done.

According to the police, “Overdose”, who
was found lying on Hadfield Street bleeding from a suspected stab wound in the stomach, died on Saturday whilst receiving medical attention at Georgetown Public Hospital Corporation (GPHC).

They say that the man who is believed to have stabbed him goes by the alias “Knick-Knacks”.

The body is currently at the Lyken’s Funeral Parlour.
