THE Guyana Police Force is mourning the death of Police Corporal Cordia Joseph who died as a result of an accident on Sunday morning.

The cop, who was stationed in ‘E’ Division, was at the time driving motor vehicle PPP 4196 along the Ituni Road at the time of the accident.

Information on the accident is sketchy, but the Guyana Chronicle was told that the policeman lost control of the vehicle and it toppled.

Joseph died on the spot, according to sources.
