POLICE are currently investigating the circumstances surrounding the discovery of an improvised 12-gauge shotgun and 10 live cartridges.

Police said on Friday that about 08:15hrs, a party of officers from ‘E’ Division (Linden-Kwakwani) acting on information, went to Mango Landing, Upper Demerara-Upper Berbice, conducted a search of an abandoned shack and found the weapon and ammo.
