LINDEN Benjamin, 50, a labourer of Mc Nab, Region Two, was charged for engaging sexual activity with a family member when he appeared before Magistrate Esther Sam at the Suddie Magistrate’s Court on Friday.

The charge stated that on April 21, 2018, at Mc Nab, Lima Sands, he had sex with the family member. He pleaded not guilty to the sexual offence charge and was granted $150,000 bail and will return to court on September 11.
