ATTORNEY General and Minister of Legal Affairs Basil Williams recently gave officials of the Toronto City Hall a progress report on Guyana’s development.
At the Toronto City Hall on Thursday, Williams was received by Jim Karygiannis, Councillor of Ward 39, Scarborough-Agincourt.

During their brief discussion, the attorney general updated the councillor on Guyana’s budding oil and gas sector and its Green State Development Strategy.
In welcoming the attorney general to the Toronto City Hall, Karygiannis took note of Guyanese contributions to the city of Toronto and the skills that they have brought with them. After the brief discussions, the attorney general signed the Toronto City Hall’s Guest Book and was given a guided tour of City Hall.
