AN event to launch the newly-formed GUYANA SPORTS HALL of FAME will be held at the Umana Yana today from 18:00hrs to 21:00hrs.

Attending this event will be the Minister of Social Cohesion, Culture, Youth and Sport Dr George Norton, who will be the main speaker.
An invitation has also been sent to President David Granger as well as other official functionaries and special invitees.
The Master of Ceremony will be sporting icon Mr Joseph (Reds) Perreira.
