A SERIOUS accident occurred on Thursday on the Lusignan Public Road, E.C.D, involving motor pick-up # PPP9289 driven by a resident of Track “A” Coldingen E.C.D and pedestrian Ram Singh of Courbane Park, Annandale, E.C.D.
The driver reported that he was heading east along the northern side of the road when he noticed a male standing in his path wearing a black top. He swerved but the left front of the vehicle collided with the pedestrian who fell onto the roadway and received injuries about his body. He was picked up in an unconscious state and conveyed to the Georgetown Public Hospital to receive medical attention.
