Gore Snatches pole in 125cc Juniors

JAMAICA’s Tommi Gore registered the fastest time of the 125 CC junior class to claim pole ahead of today’s Georgetown Grand Prix Final.
Gore set the pace on cool afternoon in Georgetown, erasing John Phang’s time of 32.219 seconds with a refreshed 32.076 second placing.

Elan Rahaman will start third on the Grid after posting a 32.734 to start ahead of Rayden Persaud with a 33.044 second time.
Farud Mohamed and MIkhil Persaud will start fifth and sixth on the grid.

Meanwhile, in the Easy cup rookie class, Raymond Baksh will start on pole with a blistering time of 36.835 second time ahead of Ralph Persaud, Dharendra Dharmo and Shahab Gajie.
Easy Cup light will see Haniff Mohamed starting on pole ahead of Raymond Seebarran and Ralph Persaud with one hundredth of a second separating the trio

Mohamed’s time of 37.273 was just a shave quicker than Seebarran’s 37.389 and Persaud’s 37.392.
Steven Nobrega is on the pace as well with a 37.917 second time ahead of Dharmo with a 37.917 and Gajie with a 38.151.

Jeremy Ten Pow will start from a familiar pole position today in the Sunburst 60CC kids cup with Nathan Rahaman, starting alongside him.

Jeremy was blistering on track, registering a 34.657 second time which was just under a half a second quicker than the rest of the back. Justin Ten Pow wills start third on the grid with Paige Mendonca fourth.

Today’s event begins at 17:00 with Shifter Kart and 125cc senior qualification with racing commencing one hour later.
