I swear I can write a book about writing a book!
The last week before the launch date of LIVING WITH INTENTION was super challenging and I was surprisingly calm most of the time. Maybe I can credit that my faith, personal growth and the people in my front row.

There were files that were not opening to files disappearing.
Shiv Dindyal who is more than a graphic designer to me designed the beautiful cover. At one point, while changing a few things the software malfunctioned and he was freaking out and I told him: ‘Don’t worry, we will win.’ He is such a trooper and I appreciate his contribution to this project. His dedication was admirable and I could not make the deadline without him. The constant power failure did not help. One day we had to go to the Pegasus to get some work done. I must thank my friend Sean for the fabulous shoot for the cover. Richard edited the book and when he was almost finished, the document disappeared. Editing is time-consuming and tedious. I told myself these are the things that happen when something great is about to be birthed. I told Richard not to panic because things will work themselves out and they did.

One of the most exciting emails I ever received was from Amazon saying my book has been accepted. ‘Sonia, you actually wrote a book?’ I asked myself.
The email had some instructions about the promotion of the book that I had to go through and you will not guess what happened. It was deleted by mistake. WOW!
With everything that is going on, I still have to concentrate on getting my shop ready for the holidays and meeting clients.

Some nights I get only two to three hours of sleep and have to be energetic the next day. The power of the mind is so powerful and that is why you must train our thoughts to be positive. I knew this project was going to take a lot out of me but when I make a decision to commit I give my all.
Even with these challenges this project will forever change the course of my life.
I am saying my dedication and a chapter from one of the chapters.
