PLAY in the Franchise League three-day cricket tournament will continue today, with three fifth-round games across the country.

At Tuschen, Georgetown will oppose West Demerara. For games in Berbice, West Berbice will host East Bank at Bush Lot ground while Upper Corentyne will play tournament leaders Essequibo at Port Mourant.
The other fifth-round game between Lower Corentyne and East Coast will start tomorrow at the Lusignan ground.
The League will witness seven rounds of high-level cricket action, with players all vying for senior national selection for the 2017/2018 Cricket West Indies Professional Cricket League Regional 4-Day Tournament, set to commence on October 26.
