–planning to resign

I AM a councillor in the EMD Council. The office is in Dundee Village, Mahaicony. The chairman’s name is Rampersaud. Myself and other councillors would go to meetings and most times he hardly turns up for the meeting.

He gives people permission to do things in the village not passed in the council. People are stopping us and cussing up for things we don’t know about. The overseer does not say anything. Imagine she sends the Ranger to take papers to his house to sign, as he hardly goes to the office. This man is so unmannerly, he would go on the front landing and smoke cigarettes, smelling the whole place up. Myself and some other councillors are planning to resign.

Please put the letter in the newspaper so people will know that this man is what kind of man we got as chairman.
