TWO cousins are expected to appear before Magistrate Zamilla Ally-Seepaul today in relation to compressed marijuana found in their Turkeyen, Greater Georgetown apartment last Friday.The duo was busted in the wee hours of Friday morning, (November 11) after ranks of the Guyana Police Force (GPF), acting on information received, went to their Second Street, Turkeyen apartment and conducted a search.

During the search, which was conducted in the presence of the two cousins ages 20 and 36 years, lawmen found 26 taped parcels of the illegal substance in a bag hidden in a plastic barrel in one of the rooms.

The substance weighed almost 44 kilograms.
