THE Guyana Elections Commission (GECOM) has commenced the distribution of National Identification Cards for persons who were registered during the recently concluded 8th Cycle of Continuous Registration.In this regard, such persons are advised to collect their new ID Cards from the Registration Office that is responsible for their respective areas of residence.

“GECOM takes this opportunity to urge all persons who were registered during previous Registration Exercise, but have not as yet uplifted their IDs to collect their Cards at the earliest,” the commission said in a release.
