‘MEDIATRONICA’ and ‘journacology’ seem to have posited a yarn that Carvil Duncan was offered a monetary package by the Ministry of the Presidency compensatory to his resignation.In the Holy Quran the question is asked, “Which one of the favours of your Lord will you deny?” It also warns that ingratitude is worse than witchcraft.
There may have existed, as is the nature of the presidency, a compassionate policy towards Mr Duncan so as to do justice to his long-service entitlements in the course of negotiating his termination of services.
